Introduction:

The FKC-III Type Airborne Microorganism Sampler (Audit Trail Edition) is the company's upgraded product, meeting the requirements of the (Pharmaceutical GMP-2010) ALCOA+CCEA principles. The instrument is designed based on isokinetic sampling theory and is an efficient multi-orifice inhalation microbial collector. It samples directly, with the intake air velocity at the sampling head being essentially consistent with the air velocity in the cleanroom, accurately reflecting the concentration of microorganisms in the cleanroom. During sampling, dust-laden air passes through the micro-orifices at high speed and is uniformly impacted onto the agar surface in the culture dish, significantly improving the collection efficiency of viable particles in compliance with ISO14698-1 standards. The system design optimizes the impact velocity, ensuring biological efficiency.

The instrument is controlled by a microcomputer chip and features a low-noise sampling pump. It can connect to a PC for direct data collection in Excel format, export and save data via USB drive, connect to a Bluetooth printer for data printing, and perform remote-controlled sampling to reduce operational errors. The instrument is highly integrated and intelligent, making it easy to operate and stable in performance. The sampling head is made of SUS304 stainless steel, adaptable to various disinfection methods such as ultraviolet light, high temperature, alcohol, and disinfectants.
